This Refund & Returns policy explains how returns, refunds and rental deposits work at Elvaro.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to return

Email info@elvaro.lv with your order number. We will send return instructions and the nearest Elvaro Go locker for drop-off.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Rentals & subscriptions

Rental deposits are refunded once the tool is returned in good condition. Subscription terms are governed by the applicable agreement.
